The user has the option to have the items delivered either to their home or to another address. Delivery times depend on the transportation operators and the delivery country. MiniSouk is committed to making deliveries of ordered items as quickly as possible from the date of payment receipt.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are always calculated based on the weight and destination zones of each order. They will be borne by the customer and apply to each order.

We deliver to all countries around the world, divided into 4 zones:
- Tunisia
- Arab Maghreb Union (UMA)
- Europe and the rest of the Arab countries
- Rest of the world
All orders are shipped through regular postal services.

Packaging
Packing fees
The delivery fees include packaging.
The value-added tax (VAT) and customs clearance fees are included.
No additional costs are applied to our customers.
If you reside outside of Tunisia, it is important to adhere to the national limits regarding the amount of taxes and customs fees. This may incur additional charges.
Free delivery in Tunisia for orders over €100
Delivery is free for all orders with a value of €100 or more in Tunisia, provided that the weight of the package does not exceed 1 kg! For orders below this amount, the delivery fee is €7. It’s worth considering ordering a bit more!
Free worldwide delivery for orders over €200
Free worldwide delivery for all orders with a value of €200 or more, provided that the weight of the package does not exceed 2 kg! For orders below this amount, the delivery fee is €10. It’s worth considering ordering a bit more!
Returns and Refunds
You have a 3-day withdrawal period from the date of receiving your package, leading to a full refund of the products, excluding the initial shipping and return costs, which will be at your expense.
Non-conformity of received products and damages (breakage) during shipping will be handled by customer service on a case-by-case basis.
Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is involved. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may undermine the right of withdrawal.
